These Terms govern your use of zeniteq.com and Zeniteq's related accounts, newsletters, and services. By accessing or using Zeniteq, creating an account, or submitting content, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 and legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may require email verification and use anti-abuse controls.

Zeniteq reports on fast-changing artificial-intelligence products and research. Content, including reviews, tutorials, summaries, and AI-assisted material, is provided for general information and may contain errors or become outdated. It is not legal, financial, medical, investment, or other professional advice. Verify important information with primary sources and qualified professionals before acting.

You may not break the law; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights; harass others; submit deceptive, harmful, or unlawful material; scrape or overload the service in a disruptive way; evade access controls; introduce malware; impersonate others; manipulate engagement; or use Zeniteq to distribute spam. Reasonable personal and research use is welcome.

You retain ownership of comments, tool listings, images, and other material you submit. You grant Zeniteq a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting, display, and distribute that material as needed to operate and promote the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and that your submission is accurate and lawful. We may review, reject, edit for presentation, or remove submissions.

Zeniteq's site design, branding, original writing, graphics, software, and compilations are owned by Zeniteq or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may link to our pages and quote limited excerpts with clear attribution. Republishing substantial content or using our branding to imply endorsement requires prior written permission.

If you opt in to the newsletter, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email. Zeniteq may link to third-party sites and display third-party advertising or affiliate links. Those services are controlled by others; a link or advertisement is not necessarily an endorsement, and their terms and privacy practices apply.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service integrity, or a breach of these Terms. You may stop using Zeniteq at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeniteq is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Zeniteq and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits or data, or decisions made in reliance on site content. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in the Philippines will resolve disputes unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms; continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
